DATA WE PROCESS AND WHY

When you request a reservation we process the details you provide (name, email, phone, date, party size and notes) to manage your reservation and contact you about it (art. 6.1.b GDPR). If you sign up for our offers, we process your phone number to send them (art. 6.1.a GDPR). If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we also process browsing data as described below (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

We use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages viewed, where the visit came from, reservation form steps). Google Signals is enabled, which lets Google produce aggregated cross-device statistics for users signed in to a Google account with ads personalisation turned on; we never receive identified data.

We use Meta tools (the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API) to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to reservations. When a reservation is confirmed, if you have accepted advertising cookies, we send Meta your email and phone in pseudonymised form (via irreversible hashing), together with technical data about the visit, to attribute the reservation to the right campaign.

You can withdraw this consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

RETENTION

Reservation data is kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Measurement data is kept in aggregate form for a maximum of 14 months.

RECIPIENTS

Confirmation emails are sent through an email provider acting as data processor. If you accept the corresponding cookies, Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receive the data described above and may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@bodeboqueria.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
